This summer'11 is going to be incredible.
This is the basic itinerary (see map) - road trip the South East Coast - Back home for a day or two - Cancun, Mexico with the Merrings - Long Beach, CA (most of the summer) - Kauai, HI (with the fam) - Montgomery, NJ - Glassboro, NJ to start the Fall semester.
I cannot wait for any of this to start. I want to be immersed in the "REAL" world, no more "college life". The plan is to be taken out of my comfort zone completely. To be exposed to new places with new and different people. I don't want to worry about money and just live off the land (and in my car). I'm ready to sleep in the weirdest and most uncomfortable of locations. I'm going into this summer completely open-minded and positive.
This is probably what someone would call a, "trip of self exploration" because I have come to realize, that I still don't know who I am or what I want to be in life. I know I like to help people and I really like art but I don't know what to do with that. The point of this trip is to be curious (question everything) and explore. I want to engross myself with things that I love: art, outdoors, horses, surfing, drawing, etc. as well as trying new things even if I think I'll hate it.
I really want be in touch with myself and the people around me.
